remove a ppa: repository from sources.list

Hi,
find below copy of my screen during sudo apt update.
i've a problem with ppa repository george.edison...
i would like to remove this from /etc/apt/sources.list.
but, i don't find it in the sources.list file ???
Why ?

N: Les mises i jour depuis un tel di(C)pit ne peuvent s'effectuer de maniire si(C)curisi(C)e, et sont donc di(C)sactivi(C)es par di(C)faut.
N: Voir les pages de manuel d'apt-secure(8) pour la cri(C)ation des di(C)pits et les di(C)tails de configuration d'un utilisateur.
