Django tutorials?

Hi all,
The title says it all, I guess.
Any good Django tuts I can eat? No experience in Python or Django.
So, these questions pop up:
- what is Django?
- is Django really easy?
- is Django a real fast way to come to deliverables?
- How do I pick up Django and Python in a fast way?
I use Manjaro, so installing Django, PIP and the works is not a problem.
