Screen flickering on laptop Dell inspiron 3442

My Dell laptop flickers on the screen as if it were "flashing." This problem occurs whenever I use a kernel> 3.16. It is also important to say that the bug occurs when I am not touching the mouse. When I am using the mouse, the "bug" does not appear. I appreciate those who suggest something
