Encrypted Bodhi Installation drives me nuts.
by michaelxxl from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4XFDN)
I am totally annoyed. How can I install Bodhi encrypted WITHOUT using the complete harddrive?
I mean how can the installation procedure be so retarded? Even many years ago Linux ask to use what partition for what and did not just claim the complete SSD.
Options:
1. Install encrypted Bodhi? Possible, but complete SSD will be used.
2. Do partitioning yourself and install unencrypted? Possible but this I don't want. I know I could create an encrypted partition by hand but this has other disadvantages. System not encrypted etc.
3. Resize encrypted partition. I was not able to do this with geparted, did not matter if encrypted partition was mounted or not. What I a nightmare and clusterfuck.
I mean, this is beyond retarded. How can I solve this problem?
