LiveUsb question
by business_kid from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4XG95)
I have a live usb key running the slackware live system with wine installed as well. Frankly, I forget how I did that - I think there was a squashfs up there, or I made one maybe. I put it together before I went into hospital. It's on a 32G usb key, so space isn't an issue.
anyhow, I ran 'winemine' as root on it yesterday, and after some time looking at the glass of wine, I got minesweeper up, which seems to indicate wine works
The next thing I want to do is install this rather large program in wine, which updates itself and adds stuff. Wine usually puts sets up ~/.wine. Where/how do I do that in the live usb key, or does it all happen automagically?
