Upgraded from 19.2 to 19.3 no problem as I had Gimp on 19.2.

An install of 19.3 has no GIMP with a drawing package.

Package manager displays GIMP then says it is unavailable.

sudo apt install gimp does not work either saying

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
gimp : Depends: libgegl-0.3-0 (>= 0.3.0) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I had no problem yesterday loading GIMP on Kali

Does this mean I have to load 19.2 first get GIMP and upgrade to 19.3?

I had to download from Gimp.org to get my GIMP back

Why have they left it out in 19.3latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=w-yblmjPNnk:bXC57hxM0ag:F7zBnMy latest?i=w-yblmjPNnk:bXC57hxM0ag:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=w-yblmjPNnk:bXC57hxM0ag:gIN9vFww-yblmjPNnk
