Centos7 - is separate hostname per NIC possible?

Question: If I have 2 separate nics in ONE machine, 2 IP adresses, 2 MAC addresses, is it possible for each one to have it's own hostname? Or is the hostname only per MACHINE, even with 2 distinct interfaces?

So far as I've been searching I haven't found any recent or CentOS specific information on the subject.
