Touch enabled vector graphics software?

My setup: Ubuntu Studio (18 or 19) on a Toshiba Portege M400.

My problem: After doing an install of Ubuntu Studio 18 (or maybe 19), Using the built in Stylus, the only graphic design program that has user accessible touch sensitivity enabled out of the box is Krita. While this is an amazing program, it is based on raster graphics (pixels.) I was hoping to get basically exactly what krita is, but with vector graphics as it's native format.

Is this possible? Is it possible with the ease of implementation I mention in the setup above (just having a wacom touchscreen in the system during setup, the program comes pre-installed with touch sensitivity already in and enabled and easy to find/configure in the GUI.

If it isn't possible, I'm going to move forward with drawing maps in Krita. But pixel graphics are not nearly as transformable later as vector graphics.... I was really hoping each line would be editable later, not just layers of dots.
