Have pho installed, how to enable

Hi
I have just completed setting th apache2 webserver up so that it resolves an outside IP to the website folder correctly.
I have checked and it says that I have PHP 7.2 on my Zorin 15 (Ubuntu 18.04).
Before I set up this webserver I did download the LAMPP setup however never touched it. It is still in the /opt/Lampp folder.
Reason why I mentioned this is it downloaded phpMyadmin etc with it so I am not sure whether this is what I am seeing when it says 7.2 is there.
I need to delete that whole lampp folder, so what is the best way to do this so that everything in its pak is gone?
Thanks
