Dofasco fined $290K for 2 separate workplace incidents

The first incident at the Hamilton steelmaker happened on May 23, 2018 and involved carbon monoxide exposure. The second took place on Dec. 6, 2018 when a worker's hand was caught in the "pinch point" of a machine, according to the Ministry of Labour.
