How do I access a LAN IP on 192.168.100.0/24 subnet from 192.168.0.0/24 subnet?

Ok, now this might sound a bit confusing, but I've scanned the net and found questions about this, but the answers are always as if the person asking, has a masters degree in networking, there's no simple explanation.
The problem is, I would like to access my cable modem via a web browser, but it's on a different subnet, my home subnet is 192.168.0.0/24, but the modem is on 192.168.100.0/24, I have a router between the home network and the modem on subnet 192.168.0.0/24, the router home page is 192.168.0.1, but the modem is 192.168.100.1, I also have another router on the network at the other end of the house, but this one is configured primarily as a LAN switch and WiFi access point, for my server, workstation and tablet with DCHP disabled, on 192.168.0.13, my main server is static LAN on 192.168.0.160, my development server is on 192.168.0.100, and my workstation is on 192.168.0.6, so how can I access 192.168.100.1 from the workstation? Is there a static route to add to the main router? If so, what route would I need to add?
Oh, both servers run headless Ubuntu server 18.04 LTS, and the workstation is dual boot mostly running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS desktop.
