Can you put a cinnamon desktop on Ubuntu?
I want an Ubuntu that looks more like Windows 10 which version should I use to start with 18.04.3 LTS or 19.10 ?
Are the desktops the same as I have loaded the first and put the favourites on the bottom panel.
I would like the top panel on the bottom instead.
Ideally I would like a cinnamon desktop is this possible?
