How do I make the sound work over a HDMI Terminal

No Sound with this distro this is a first.
All the other distros have a sound pop-up that you can choose Device HDMI or Digital output S/PDIF appears there is no option in this distro.
I have a HDMI Terminal with loudspeakers on a desktop.
