Other than acpi is there a way to display Watt consumption CLI in real time?

My desktop is connected to a UPS, but I have found that under high(er) load my UPS is in constant alarm. I might have to upgrade the UPS to provide greater throughput in kW.
acpi will display charge/discharge for a battery, but this is a desktop, not a laptop.
Fedora 29
Code:$ uname -a
Linux desk 5.0.19-200.fc29.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue May 28 13:56:29 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linuxyes that is the older kernel, the 5.2.x prevents my system from booting.
Once I purchase a large enough backup drive Ill back everything up, format and install Fedora 31, but until then, this is were I am.
Thank you.
