Confused by "device is not working" in Driver Manager

First-time Linux user, just installed Mint. After setting up Timeshift I launch the Driver Manager and am greeted by this:

To my understanding this means there's an issue with my wireless driver, though my wireless connection is working just fine. What's more confusing is I can't actually do anything in this dialog, "Continue using a manually installed driver" is the one option I can select but doing so does not unlock the Revert / Apply Changes buttons.
My google-fu has failed to illuminate me on this issue, though I did see a few mentions that Driver Manager is kinda buggy. Is that likely to be what's going on here?
