LibreOffice Calc, programming with forms

Hope this is the correct place for it as it is about programming and not just the suite itself.
I need to create spreadsheet with data and with that create forms with dynamic data from this sheet(s) for the user to be able to chose from. Also need to write it back to this or other sheets.
This needs to be done offline as they're gonna use this in the field.
Later also create some sort of report for printing or mailing.
I hate MS and it's bloated office so I'm thinking of Libre.
Questions:
- When I've create all this, can I like create a "setup" to install on other computers without install the whole office suite? Just want to make it as lightweight as possible as some HW ain't that good. Maybe install some other part that like create runtimesand such.
- I'm 99% certain it can create forms in this but to be sure, can it? and it can get and put data into sheets, right?
- Is there a report generator of some sort or do I need to create the above named report totally manual? as no help whatsoever on creating the layout and such? maybe there's some sort of templates I can start from.
Right now I can't think of any more but it might come up as and if I can use this :p
