Trying to charge battery till 60% using TLP

Hi guys,
I have an Asus x510UR and i am trying to reproduce the Windows program, Asus Battery Health which makes it charge up to a maximum of 60%.
I'm using TLP to try to do this but no sucess, i need your help to see what i'm doing wrong.
Some information
Im using
1- ACPI_CALL
2- TLP
3- TLPUI
RC.LOCAL
modprobe acpi_call
/etc/rc.d/rc.tlp start
