newest version apache2 on ubuntu 18.04..3 server

I have a server with ubuntu 18.04 and apache2. The server apache services started but stopped again. On this server, I first installed Nginx but could not get it upright. So then I completely removed NgInx and appache2 and then reinstalled apache2. But still could not start apach2.I used this before on another server I had 9 websites on one Ip address and it works fine. I show the error message on the scree when trying start:apache2.service - The Apache HTTP Server
