Procedure to setup dual boot Windows / Ubuntu on partitioned drive?

I bought a new SSD, partitioned and formatted 150 GB NTFS for Windows 7 and another 150GB EXT3 for Ubuntu. Have installed Windows. How do I get Ubuntu installed and a boot menu for both, without trashing the Windows install?
