Is this normal in Ubuntu 18.0.4-3 Disks Program ?

Just built a new server, waiting for a warrantee hard drive replacement, I booted up Ubuntu 18.0.4-3 installer on my USB, The USB flash drive is the only drive I have connected to the computer.
The disks program shows 3 drives,
1. 8.0 GB Thumb Drive,
2. 105 MB Drive ASMT109x-Config (Device /dev/sdb, Model# "ASMT109x- Config (2143_5), Serial# 0123456789 ),
3. 2.0 GB Loop Device ( /cdrom/casper/filesystem.squashfs )
I'm curious what the 105MB drive /dev/sdb is? I think it is the secondary SATA Controller, but why would it show in disks?
