Recoll - errors on nearly every file when adding to index

Recoll 1.26.2 + Xapian 1.4.14
Recoll throws errors on almost all files, which look like this:
Code::2:utils/netcon.cpp:699::NetconData::send: send(18): errno 32: Broken pipe
:2:utils/execmd.cpp:874::ExecCmd::send: send failed
:2:internfile/mh_execm.cpp:209::MHExecMultiple: send error
:2:internfile/internfile.cpp:797::FileInterner::internfile: next_document errorwhat's causing these, any fix?
Alternatively, any other indexing solutions you can recommend?
I tried just using locate but it doesn't seem to find anything which is located on ntfs drives.
