Intel MDS CPU bug present

Hello everyone,
I am currently running Kali Linux 2020.1 on my Notebook and I am trying to optimize and secure it.
I have one of the older 4th Gen Intel CPU's and I am encountering this dmesg:
Code:[ 0.008007] .... node #0, CPUs: #1
[ 0.008007] MDS CPU bug present and SMT on, data leak possible. See https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/admin-guide/hw-vuln/mds.html for more details.However I followed the kernel.org documentation and added following to grub:
MDS=full,nosmt

BOOT_IMAGE=/vmlinuz-5.4.0-kali3-amd64 root=/dev/mapper/Minerva--vg-root ro initrd=/install/gtk/initrd.gz psmouse.synaptics_intertouch=1 MDS=full,nosmt vga=0x0318 splashAm I missing here something?
