Moraff's Morejongg vers 7.0 , Can't get it to Play in FEREN OS

I have an Old Version of Moraff's Morejongg Vers 7.0 1998.
I do not have the original Install Files for it.
Over the years in Windows ( win xp,me,7,8.1,10 etc ) all i've had to do is just copy the folder with the game on it and hit the exe file for the game and it plays.
I succeded once in ubuntu and got it play using play on linux.
I don't know just what i did , just fluked it ,.
After testing ubuntu I moved on and have never been able to get it to work since, in any vers of linux.
From what i have seen, most emulaters need an install file for most games to install and set up.
But all i have is a bunch of files with one exe file and as i said it works in windows.
And I would really love to be able to use it in linux ( Feren OS ) at present.
Could someone help me out here and show me just how i might be able to play it.
