firewall setup and groupinstall desktop in RHEL 7

I am new in this community and in installing RHEL7 . I have two questions.. How to apply firewall "rich rules" to add inbound https from anywhere to RHEL7?no inbound connections made to the server except those needed for management via Secure Shell (ssh) and VNC from management networks and 2nd question is how to groupinstall desktop?Is there a change in groupname? I need to install XWindows based GUI.
