yum doesn't install the latest version

OS is Centos 7
I am trying to install the latest version of myphpadmin by using yum...
It downloads version 4.4 but the latest version is 4.9.
After installation update doesn't change the version.
I tried to install the latest rpm but it failed due to dependency.
What do I need to do to fix this?
