ATI Graphics issue after new update of 18.04

After new update, x couldn't load and ubuntu stops at low graphic splash screen. I can load x by nomodeset or recovery mode with low resolution display.
My graphics card is Radeon HD 8570.
How can I get my resolution and graphics functionality back?
