k3b, brasero, and cdrecord does not work

hello everybody so I bought a new dell precision 5820 a couple of years ago and then the ubuntu system went into a login loop and I was told by the engineers they are working on it. I was recently told that they probly wont give a fix on it but what i did was install fedora 31 and that fixed that problem now I have two sdcard reader doesn't work and the subject matter that is here. I'm not worried about the sd reader right now so when I try to burn with a frontend program it just hangs at the writing speed output until I close the program. I have been able to use growisofs but when it comes to frontend for iso it doesn't work so I wanted to try music same problem it shows it completed but did nothing disk keeps spinning. I really don't know what to do at this point anything that im missing?
