Multiple teams have contacted the Jacksonville Jaguars about a potential trade for Nick Foles, but the franchise is looking for the right price, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.

The club is not actively shopping the quarterback, but if interested teams offer suitable compensation, Garafolo believes there's a "strong possibility" Foles will be traded.

Despite signing a four-year, $88-million contract with the Jaguars in March 2019, the 31-year-old finished last year as the team's backup behind sixth-round rookie Gardner Minshew.

Foles suffered a shoulder injury in Jacksonville's season opener last year and was sidelined for eight weeks. Filling in for the veteran, Minshew amassed 11 touchdowns against three interceptions in his first eight career starts.

Foles was given the starting role again in Week 11, but his disappointing performances put Minshew back under center for the last five games of the year.

Jacksonville has traded away several veterans on the roster this past season, the latest being cornerback A.J. Bouye on Tuesday.

With the fourth-round pick acquired for Bouye, the Jaguars own 11 total selections in the 2020 NFL Draft, including two first-rounders.
