Slax Hell - I can't find the modules folder on my USB stick and apt-get stopped working

So, way confusing, the Slax website says to download modules and then put them in the slax/modules folder, well there is no such thing on my drive and there's nothing beginning with "slax" period, in the file manager that comes with it it just says Home Folder, sda1 and / and of course if you browse around other stuff pops up. Is slax/= to the root? If so why isn't there a root section in the file manager? Anyways WHERE IS THE MODULES FOLDER!

And so, strangely I was able to download and install libreoffice via the terminal and it installed, now when I try "apt-get firefox" it says invalid, same with texmaker and texlive. It's infuriating. Also there is no way to correct the clock, I even tried the nptd commands and it says there's no time servers, or something, I manually overwrote the time format and it's just stuck with the numbers I typed in and the PM I typed, just shows 7:07 PM and not it's 9:15 PM.

Why in thee world is there no adjust time setting??????????? Why?! Why only format? Crazy sick oversight. Sick, hours down the drain trying to figure this stuff out, just horrible.

And what's this mean:

"For Slax 9, use 'apt' to install software, there is no need for dedicated module repository"

And? Type like what, apt-firefox ? Because that also does nothing. And what is this former "repository" that is now obsolete?

Update: Is the "modules-load.d" the modules folder? What's with the period, why not just say modules loaded?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=aAXXKk2Ysbc:atFTg9JbJA0:F7zBnMy latest?i=aAXXKk2Ysbc:atFTg9JbJA0:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=aAXXKk2Ysbc:atFTg9JbJA0:gIN9vFwaAXXKk2Ysbc
