NTFS-3G causing I/O Errors (need help downgrading on Raspi 3)

Hi again,

after a lot of time wasted trying to find out why my external raid array is not mounting correctly (Raspberry PI 3 running Buster), I stumbled across a few reports that ntfs-3g is the cause.

The original issue is documented in the following thread: https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...rs-4175670612/.

It would seem that my only hope is to try and downgrade ntfs-3g and hope that this solves the mounting issues, but I have no idea how to do this.
I did find a useful tutorial on how to do a general downgrade (https://www.linuxuprising.com/2019/0...-specific.html), but this doesn't apply in my case, as there are no alternative versions to downgrade to on my distro (Buster).
Any ideas?

Cheers :)latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=Olfr7d1nPrA:7k0A0mfpQy8:F7zBnMy latest?i=Olfr7d1nPrA:7k0A0mfpQy8:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=Olfr7d1nPrA:7k0A0mfpQy8:gIN9vFwOlfr7d1nPrA
