[Request] Creating a install USB for own Linux distro?

So guys i was wondering what is a good utility i can use to make an installation USB for current version of linux?

I am creating an internet kiosk setup and would like to be able to make an installation USB from my current setup.

Would like to have an installation prompt with terms, agreements and pictures.

Any advice on how to get this done?
