Hi guys..
hope someone can help or advice me...

We are using custom made ubuntu base linux for our firm when system is not use, logs out automatically and you need to enter the pass to login back.. however while its logged out there is no option if maybe other user or someone else need to use the system that they can reboot, switch or even power off.. would any1 have/had similar issue and also solution..
