How to create a vpn connection in linux

Hello guys I need to create a vpn connection with this options but I'm not sure how I can to set this connection in ubuntu with strongswan

phase 1

Authentication Method -> Pre-Shared Key
Encryption Scheme -> IKEv2
Diffie-Hellman Group -> Group 2 / Group 14
IKE Encryption Algorithm -> AES256
IKE Hashing Algorithm -> SHA-256
Main or Aggressive Mode -> N/A
Lifetime for renegotiation -> 28800 seconds
Shared Secret -> XXX

phase 2

Encapsulation (ESP or AH) -> ESP
IKE Encryption Algorithm -> AES256
IKE Hashing Algorithm -> SHA-256
Secrecy-IPSEC -> ON
Diffie-Hellman Group -> Group 2 / Group 14
Lifetime (for renegotiation) -> 3600 Seconds
Key Exchange For Subnets -> No
