UUUUGGGGH, "couldn't find /changes.dat. Correct your cheatcodes if needed."

So after trying to use BionicDog on my 8gb usb and solving so I thought this casper problem it hung up on using the pdl casper exe app it now hangs up on "couldn't find /changes.dat. Correct your cheatcodes if needed." THERE IS NO INFO ON THIS PROBLEM ON THE NET, ZEROOOOOOO. So don't come back to me with a reply saying "omiiiigod ders tons of links like 100s of em" like some other guy did hours ago. Good riddance. Nothing even comes up googling "couldn't find changes.dat".

So many sh*tty probs with linux, what gives?
