which encryption method is best for cloud storage?
by dave555 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#50FV3)
Hello,
I'm not a big fan of cloud storage and I never used it.
In the event i decide to do a test drive, here is my plan:
Create a encrypted container with cryptsetup and put my files in it,
Or
Create a tar archive of folder/files and encrypt it with GNU/GPG.
These are the only encryption methods I'm more familiar with. Are there more or stinger ones?
Thanks in advance
