Package management tool for BLFS

i have successfully build LFS and BLFS with xfce4 Desktop.
1. i want to install Package management tool like apt and yum on my BLFS. is it possible?
2.How to create my own package management tool like apt and yum.
3.what are the Requirements to build own package management.
Please Help me from above three quarries
