Raid 5 not showing up in OMV

If anyone can please help point me in the right direction on this, I'm new to Linux and this is my first (and probably last) Raid.
Openmediavault 4.1.35-1 (Arrakis) ---also tried this in OMV 5---
setup Raid 5 in OMV with (4) 3 TB Drives
everything worked well for months then one day it failed to load the last disk and I couldn't access any drives.
Ive tried 3 different motherboards, OVM 4 & OVM 5, and adjusting the BIOS settings. I got a variety of errors but I will just put errors regarding the current setup because that's where It will be staying.
ata4 softreset failed (device not ready)
ata5 softreset failed (device not ready)
ata6 softreset failed (device not ready)
ata3 softreset failed (device not ready)
Then I go to another computer and login through the webgui and the only drive that I can see is the drive it boots from. There is no way to rebuild the Raid because that option is grayed out and unclickable.
I would like to recover the drive i the failed disk if possible if not then rebuild the array.
