I can’t enter my passphrase PureOs

Hello everybody, it's my first post on any linux forum, in fact I'm a new user since 2/3 weeks.
I've tried many distro ! Ohlala ! Maybe 20, something like this.
I like so much PureOs from GNU/Linux distro
I had no problem to install it the first time at all, second also but...
When booting just after bios message, at the moment to enter my passphrase to decrypt my ssd I got a black sceen withe this text
Attempting to decrypt master key...
Enter passphrase for hd0,msdos2 (########my#hash######):

BUT

I can't enter anything, keyboard doesn't work, I only can ESC to enter in grub rescue> . The orher issue is than keyboard is now in qwerty and i doesn't have access to ( ) this caracters.

The first time I installed PureOs I had not this problem, screen gave me a little grey box to my decrypt pass.

After press ESC :

error: Passphrase not supplied.
error: no such cryptodisk found.
error: 'cryptouuid/#######my#hash####' not found.
Entering rescue mode...
grub rescue> ls

please help me :c
