Need shell script to delete files which are older than 7 days

Hi All,

Please help me with a script to delete files with below criteria

file which are in folder /data/inbound & /logs/l* with file names as below & which are older than 7 days

a. TRANS123_*_*.txt --> folder: /data/inbound
b. BALS123_*_*.err --> folder: /logs/l*
c. SYSTEM123_*_*.txt --> folder: /data/inbound
d. VALUE123_*_*.err --> folder: /logs/l*
