can I have per-desktop setups in Lubuntu?

I've installed Lubuntu 19.10, and since I am compelled to tinker, I'd like to have individual setups on my four virtual desktops - things like:
- individual wallpapers
- individual desktop icons
- custom panels on specific desktop(s) only
Is any of this possible?
