Start menu icon disappeared on Mint Cinnamon 19.3 after adding new launcher

hi guys, tried to find solutions but all the threads are old and not working...
I tried 2 things:
- right click in the empty task bar, I get the Applets window: Menu is there, I try to remove and add then reset all... nothing
- right click in the empty task bar and click: troubleshoot>Restore all settings to default...nothing
