Coronavirus leads to Clarington waiving tax penalties:Two-month penalty and interest relief for residents and businesses

Residents and business owners struggling with the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic got a little bit of relief from the tax burden. Clarington Council voted to waive tax penalties and interest for 60 days, starting with the April instalment.
