Virtual appliance not conneecting through NAT bridge, under OpenBSD 65

Hi

I have followed the details of this tutorial,

unfortunately, my Debian VM does fire up, but i cannot run an apt-get update, or ping, ... is this reproducible by any of you ppl ?

I am trying to use OBsd 6.5 and Debian 10.1.0 amd64 ...

maybe im doing something pretty stupid, i just cant figure out what ... :/
