Hamilton is bleeding millions of dollars each week because of COVID-19

With businesses closed, city services shuttered, free transit, 60-day deferral on penalties for late tax payments and extra costs to mitigate the spread of the novel coronavirus, the city's bank account is suffering. Mayor Eisenberger doesn't know by how much but says it is in the millions.
