Bodhi 5.1.0 legacy installation fails with illegal instruction

I am on a Thinkpad T23 (32bit, first Laptop I bought, i would never throw it), trying to install bodhi 5.1.0 legacy. It boots nice from cd or via pxe, but during installation process ubiquity crashes with

Code:Illegal Instruction (core dumped)It happens after i enter the user accounts details. I couldn't find the core dump anywhere on the system.
