Fetch email and forward

Hi,
I need to forward incoming email from my mail-proveider mailbox to another address. I have tried to do it with the email filter of my mail-provider but the email will be forwarded maintaining the same sender ("From") and recipient ("To") addresses. I need to change it both so that the mail is like a new mail.
I'm trying to find the easiest solution to fetch the email from a mail-provider modify the "FROM" and "TO" and then forward it.
Do I have to use both fetchmail (procmail?) and postfix or there is another easiest solution to do it?
