Question about PINEBOOK and ARM architecture.

I want to buy a pinebook because it is very cheap and I can experiment with it without the risk of breaking my main system. This computer is built with ARM architecture. My question is can I run all linux distros with ARM architecture or I have to use specific distros designed for ARM architecture?
