Want CUPS to print one page at a time

I am having a problem with using a Netgear PS-101 on a server with CUPS. I am not sure where the exact issue is, but printing multiple pages results in a partial page at some point, with the print request restarting.
So I would like to embed a script some place which takes each page of output and creates a one page print job, for each page. I believe that may be a doable workaround.
Has anyone done this, or can anyone suggest how I might go about this?
