diy setup application server

Hello people,
I have a small network with ten computers including a file server (XigmaNAS) and a domain controller (Zentyal). The windows computers need a lot of the same programs, (pdf reader, unzip etc) most of them portable.
I would like to setup a application server with all the common apps that would be accessible to windows 10.
Ideas and suggestion on how to google this would be very helpful.
