KDE app compatibility under GTK in LinuxMint
by GTrax from LinuxQuestions.org on (#524QF)
I use LinuxMint 19.1 (Tessa) with the Mate desktop.
There are some applications native to KDE that I use, and most seem to be OK running in a basically GTK environment, I guess because there are arrangements to allow this compatibility.
One in particular has a problem. The Kalzium periodic table program has a feature I use that opens a resizable window displaying spectra plots that messes up in drawing part of it's display.
Along the bottom of the plot window, the X-Axis gets badly messed up.
I could use some help in knowing where even to look for answers.
